The Theatrical Release Schedule for The Bourne Identity 5, Fantastic Four 2, Planet of the Apes 3, and other films have been revealed. The announced release dates and the adjusted release schedules are between 2016-2017. All the release dates are subject to change by their producers and/or their distributors.

The Greatest Showman on Earth

Assassin’s Creed…will now hit theaters on Dec. 21, 2016. In addition, a sequel to this year’s Fantastic Four has moved up a month to June 2, 2017 and now Matt Reeves’ Dawn of the Planet of the Apes sequel will hit on July 14, 2017. In addition, Hugh Jackman’s P.T. Barnum movie The Greatest Showman on Earth will be released Christmas Day 2016. This is all on top of the news of the Gambit movie hitting on October 7, 2016.

Mike & Dave Need Wedding Dates

The Mountain Between Us

Among the other films given release dates were Mike & Dave Need Wedding Dates, a currently uncast comedy which will open July 29, 2016… The Mountain Between Us…[will] hit on February 10, 2017, right in time for Valentine’s Day.

The Untitled Next Bourne Chapter

The Untitled Next Bourne Chapter…moves back two weeks to July 29, 2016. That gives the Bourne sequel some added distance from Paramount’s Star Trek 3 (July 8) and into a frame competing only with Fox comedy Mike & Dave Need Wedding Dates so far.
