Screen Gems has released the second movie trailer for Resident Evil: The Final Chapter at the 2016 New York Comic Con. The teaser trailer is nothing compared to this full trailer. This Resident Evil: The Final Chapter trailer gives the entire scope of the film. This trailer contains The Red Queen, Dr. Alexander Isaacs (Iain Glen), and the parts they play in the film.

Resident Evil films have always had beguiling, action packed trailers. You always think, because of the trailer, that the film is going to be better than it ends up being. If past is prologue, that will probably be the case with Resident Evil: The Final Chapter. I can not imagine that Resident Evil: The Final Chapter will turn out to be a good horror film or a good action film. Resident Evil films have always been decent-to-good popcorn films. With that lineage in mind, Resident Evil: The Final Chapter looks like a good popcorn: mindless, empty, explosions, gravity defying, and substance-less with zero staying power in the viewer’s mind.

Resident Evil: The Final Chapter‘s plot synopsis: “Picking up immediately after the events in Resident Evil: Retribution, humanity is on its last legs in Washington D.C. As the only survivor of what was meant to be humanity’s final stand against the undead hordes, Alice must return to where the nightmare began – Raccoon City, where the Umbrella Corporation is gathering its forces for a final strike against the only remaining survivors of the apocalypse.
