RISE OF THE PLANET OF THE APES (2011) International Movie Trailer

John Lithgow, Caesar, Rise of the Planet of the Apes, 2011

The Rise of the Planet of the Apes International Trailer has premiered. Rupert Wyatt‘s Rise of the Planet of the Apes (2011) International movie trailer stars James Franco, Andy Serkis, Freida Pinto, John Lithgow, and Brian Cox. Rise of the Planet of the Apes‘ plot synopsis: “An origin story set in present day San Francisco, where man’s own experiments with genetic engineering lead to the development of intelligence in apes and the onset of a war for supremacy.”

This 60-second clip focuses more on that family aspect, gives us our first real good look at Tom Felton‘s character and then, of course, kicks up the action. From what I know about Rise, this 60 second look is the best representation of the film yet, both in its tone, structure and percentage of action.

There’s a lot of new footage in this, including some early scenes with John Lithgow that I know will be wonderful
