SANITARIUM (2013) Red Band Movie Trailer: Malcolm McDowell

Santarium

Sanitarium Trailer. Bryan Ramirez, Kerry Valderrama, Bryan Oritz‘s Sanitarium (2013) red band movie trailer stars Lou Diamond Phillips, Robert Englund, Malcolm McDowell, David Mazouz, and Chris Mulkey. Sanitarium‘s plot synopsis: “The horror anthology features three segments introduced by Malcolm McDowell’s head doctor…The tales explore the nature of madness and reality in the halls of the psychiatric hospital.”

This trailer immediately reminded me of The ABC’s of Death, American Horror Story: Asylum, and Rob Zombie‘s Halloween. Could be good.

More on Sanitarium:

Malcolm McDowell’s Dr. Stenson is at the center of the trilogy, serving as the film’s wraparound component. As the lead physician responsible for the patients at the Sanitarium, Dr. Stenson will offer commentary at the top of each of the three tales and then go on to further explain how their troubles with hallucinations, imaginary voices, alternate realities and more landed them in his care.

An indie horror triptych film consist entirely of three half-hour stories based on particular patients of a mental institution and each tale begins with Dr. Stenson (Malcolm McDowell).

Sanitarium also stars John Glover, Mayra Leal, Walter Perez, Nova Aragon, Evan Materne, Venda D’Abato, Eric Vincent Davenport, Luis John Soria, and Joseph Rivera.
