Silicon Valley‘s plot synopsis: “In the high-tech gold rush of modern Silicon Valley, the people most qualified to succeed are the least capable of handling success. A comedy partially inspired by Mike Judge’s own experiences as a Silicon Valley engineer in the late 1980s.”

In the teaser, the group of developers comprising tech startup Pied Piper, led by skittish coding prodigy Richard Hendriks (Thomas Middleditch), plugs in and pounds down energy drinks, snack foods and bowls of Froot Loops in an effort to maintain consciousness during programming tedium…Applying pressure on the crew is initial investor Erlich Bachman (T.J. Miller), fresh off pounding his own substance of choice, out of a water bong.

Silicon Valley: Season 2 also stars Christopher Evan Welch, Amanda Crew, Zach Woods, and Matt Ross.
