SIN CITY: A DAME TO KILL FOR (2013): Jaime King, Jamie Chung Cast

Jaime King Jamie Chung

Jaime KingJamie Chung cast in Sin City A Dame to Kill For. The Jaime King, Jamie Chung Sin City: A Dame to Kill For (2013) casting answers the questions of whether or not Jamie King would return for the sequel and who will play Miho in the Robert Rodriguez and Frank Miller directed film. Jaime King will play Goldie, “the sister of her character [Wendy] from the first movie”.  Jamie Chung is replacing Devon Aoki as Miho, the sword-wielding killer from the first film. That is a shame. I would have liked to see the original actors play their roles again.

Angelina Jolie, who was expected to play the major role of Ava, is not likely to appear. So that role is still being cast. Same goes for Dwight, originally played by Clive Owen. Owen was expected to return but apparently Dwight’s story in Sin City 2 sees him get facial reconstruction so they will likely just recast the character.

On the possible plot of Frank Miller’s Sin City: A Dame To Kill For:

Plot details are being kept under wraps, but the second volume of the graphic novel follows Dwight (Clive Owen) stuck with only a seedy gumshoe job and some demons, thinking of all the ways he’s screwed up and looking for one chance to wipe the slate clean and dig his way out of the numb gray hell that is his life.

More on the plot: “In the dark bowels of Sin City, Dwight plans to have his vengeance against the woman who betrayed him, Ava Lord, while Nancy is trying to cope with Hartigan’s death.”

Sin City: A Dame to Kill For also stars Mickey RourkeRosario DawsonJessica Alba, and Michael Madsen.
