Rawson Marshall Thurber‘s Skyscraper (2018) movie trailer stars Dwayne Johnson, Pablo Schreiber, Neve Campbell, Byron Mann, and Kevin Rankin. Skyscraper‘s plot synopsis: “Global icon Dwayne Johnson leads the cast of Legendary’s Skyscraper as former FBI Hostage Rescue Team leader and U.S. war veteran Will Ford, who now assesses security for skyscrapers. On assignment in China he finds the tallest, safest building in the world suddenly ablaze, and he’s been framed for it. A wanted man on the run, Will must find those responsible, clear his name and somehow rescue his family who is trapped inside the building…above the fire line.”

The Rock would be the only reason that I would go to see this. That or if I were on a date and a safe, fun film was called for. Why watch Skyscraper when you could just watch Die Hard or Die Hard 3? Then again, maybe Skyscraper is a Die Hard upgrade. Stranger things have happened.
