CBS‘s Star Trek: Discovery: Season 1, Episode 9: Into the Forest I Go TV Show Trailer stars Sonequa Martin-Green. The Discovery endeavors to take the fight to the Klingons in the trailer for the show’s winter finale.

Star Trek: Discovery: Season 1’s plot synopsis from CBS:

Star Trek, one of the most iconic and influential global television franchises, returns 50 years after it first premiered, with Star Trek: Discovery. The series will feature a new ship, new characters and new missions, while embracing the same ideology and hope for the future that inspired a generation of dreamers and doers. Star Trek: Discovery premieres September 24 on CBS All Access.

The episode will feature, via IMDB, Sonequa Martin-Green, Jason Isaacs, Emily Coutts, Mary Wiseman, Doug Jones, Shazad Latif, Clare McConnell, Kenneth Mitchell, Sara Mitich, Anthony Rapp, Patrick Kwok-Choon, Marco PerrettaDamon Runyan, and Rainn Wilson.

Starting as it did with a skirmish between the Federation and the Klingons, it’s only fitting that the first half of the season end with another confrontation between the two superpowers. What’s really exciting about the trailer is that it looks like we’ll finally get a good look at how the Discovery conducts herself in combat, ensuring that it will be a memorable episode for that at least.
