Empire Strikes Back Deleted Scene Video. The Star Wars: Episode V – The Empire Strikes Back (1980) deleted scene video from the Irvin Kershner directed film stars Harrison Ford and Carrie Fisher. The scene features deleted scenes from the sequence when Han Solo (Harrison Ford) decides to leave Planet Hoth and has an argument with Princess Leia Organa (Carrie Fisher) in a frozen hallway. Star Wars: Episode V – The Empire Strikes Back‘s plot synopsis: “While Luke takes advanced Jedi training from Yoda, his friends are relentlessly pursued by Darth Vader as part of his plan to capture Luke.”

This scene needed to be deleted from Star Wars: Episode V – The Empire Strikes Back, its bad. The scene in the film is much better. This deleted Star Wars: Episode V – The Empire Strikes Back scene is featured as an extra on upcoming Star Wars: The Complete Saga Blu-ray release.

Star Wars: Episode V – The Empire Strikes Back also stars Mark Hamill, Billy Dee Williams, Anthony Daniels, David Prowse, Peter Mayhew, Frank Oz, and Alec Guinness.
