Starship Troopers 3: Marauder

As reported earlier, the dismissal adaptation of Robert Heinlein Sci-Fi novel Starship Troopers is getting its third cinematic go around. Starship Troopers 3: Marauder is getting released straight-to-video on August 5, 2008 and with Casper Van Dien his role as Juan “Johnny” Rico, now a Colonel in the Mobil Infantry. Jolene Blalock (thank Dionysus she’s in this flix) joins the cast along side Van Dien as Captain Lola Beck.

We can only hope Blalock contributes to the stv success of Starship Troopers 3 the way Kelly Carlson did (NSFW) for stv Starship Troopers 2: Heroes of the Federation. I’ll definitely be watching this when it comes out so stay tuned for a report…and more pics of Blalock.
