Netflix‘s Stranger Things (2016) TV show trailer and TV show poster star Winona Ryder, Millie Bobby Brown, David Harbour, Finn Wolfhard, and Gaten Matarazzo. Stranger Things‘ plot synopsis: “Set in Hawkins Indiana in the 1980’s, Stranger Things chronicles the search for a young boy who vanishes into thin air under highly suspicious circumstances. His mother (Winona Ryder) opens an investigation into the boy’s disappearance with local authorities that unravels a series of mysteries involving top-secret government experiments, terrifying supernatural forces and one very strange little girl. A love letter to the ubiquitous cult classics of the 80’s, Stranger Things is a coming of age story for three boys that draws this quaint community into a world where mysteries lurk beneath the surface.”

I loved the look and feel of this trailer almost from the beginning. From the middle of the trailer, I was hooked. An enticing mystery is hard to ignore. It worked for Wayward Pines and it may work for Stranger Things as well. I will definitely be watching the first few episodes to see how everything is laid out. I don’t believe would have come to TV if the scripts weren’t top notch or at least vastly entertaining, like a top selling novel.

Stranger Things also stars Caleb McLaughlin, Noah Schnapp, Natalia Dyer, Charlie Heaton, Matthew Modine, and Cara Buono.
