The second international movie trailer for Suicide Squad (2016) has been released for the David Ayer directed film. The new trailer is a combination of previous trailers plus footage from the many released TV commercials. This trailer uses the potential threat of Superman and other beings like him as the driving force behind all of the actions that come later in this trailer.

Of the new scenes, many include Dr. Harleen Quinzel / Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie) in her pre and post-crazy incarnations. One of those scenes includes Batman (Ben Affleck) as he dives after Quinn’s falling body. In the trailer, there is also a new scene involving June Moone / Enchantress (Cara Delevingne) when the evil takes hold of her for the first time.

Suicide Squad‘s plot synopsis: “It feels good to be bad… Assemble a team of the world’s most dangerous, incarcerated Super-Villains, provide them with the most powerful arsenal at the government’s disposal, and send them off on a mission to defeat an enigmatic, insuperable entity. U.S. intelligence officer Amanda Waller has determined only a secretly convened group of disparate, despicable individuals with next to nothing to lose will do. However, once they realize they weren’t picked to succeed but chosen for their patent culpability when they inevitably fail, will the Suicide Squad resolve to die trying, or decide it’s every man for himself?”

Suicide Squad also stars Jai Courtney, Common, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Jim Parrack, Jared Leto, Viola Davis, Will Smith, Joel Kinnaman, Jay Hernandez, Karen Fukuhara, Adam Beach, Scott Eastwood, and Ike Barinholt.
