SUPERGIRL And THE FLASH To Team Up in Two-Part Musical Episode [The CW]

Supergirl The Flash Crossover

The Flash and Supergirl Crossing Over in a Two-Part Musical Episode. It looks like The Flash and Supergirl are teaming up again as The CW has confirmed that the two superheroes will be crossing over in a two-part musical episode to premiere in the second half of the season.

Both Grant Gustin and Melissa Benoist will be joining together in another crossover episode for The Flash and Supergirl, but the catch is that it will be a musical episode. According to TVLine, EP Greg Berlanti confirmed the news at the TCA Summer Press Tour, saying that the two-part crossover event will air sometime during the second half of the 2016-17 TV season. The cast will perform some cover songs, but the team is also discussing an idea for an original song for both shows.

With both actors having a musical background and coming from the series Glee, it shouldn’t be difficult for them to showcase their singing talents on the show. Even CW stars Jeremy Jordan and Jesse L. Martin have some Broadway talent as well, so it won’t be surprising to see them perform a few numbers.

This should turn out to be a fun episode for viewers to watch. Do you guys agree?
