Finn Jones Teases Classic Iron Fist Costume

We haven’t seen any new photos or footage of the classic Iron Fist costume, but we can understand how hard it will be to pull it off in live-action. Actor Finn Jones thinks it can be done based on the work he’s already doing for the character. But then again, are we even sure there will be a costume? “I mean, who says there’s going to be a costume? I mean, this is a modern….” Finn Jones told Extra. That’s true if the show wants to go contemporary with the outfit, but Jones hasn’t confirmed or denied that there is a costume. “I can’t say any more. Marvel’s gonna kill me. There maybe a costume, there may not be.” It will be difficult to translate the costume from page to screen with him having a modern look that’s similar to his shirtless image in the comics. It’s been done for Daredevil quite easily, but it may be tough for Iron Fist. What do you guys think?

Mantis to Return in Avengers: Infinity War

The cast has just gotten a little bit bigger thanks to actress Pom Klementieff as she is set to reprise her role of Mantis in the upcoming Avengers: Infinity War and it’s sequel. Audiences will first get to see her in this year’s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. Production has already begun for the new Avengers film and with every passing second, the list of actors appearing in the movie keeps going up. Pom confirmed the news on her Instagram feed where she posted two photos. One of them revealed a hat she’s wearing with the film’s logo while the other shows an old Avengers comic that reveals the origins of Mantis. Perhaps we may learn more of her character in the new Avengers film than in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. If this is true, Mantis may end up playing an important role in the film? We shall see once the film comes out next year, but until then, we can see her debut in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. What are your thoughts on this? Avengers: Infinity War arrives in theaters on May 4, 2018 with the untitled sequel on May 3, 2019.

Martian Manhunter and Kara Appear in New Supergirl Poster

David Harewood is about to become a big focus on the rest of Supergirl’s second season as we enter his character J’onn Jonzz’ arc which he dubs ‘The Martian Chronicles’. We can expect Melissa Benoist’s Kara to lend a helping hand based on this new poster. Martian Manhunter hasn’t been in the forefront as much since the midseason premiere, but it looks like a big storyline is about to unfold for our character in the next few weeks. David Harewood revealed the new poster in his Instagram profile showing himself and Melissa as they take off with the caption reading, ‘The Martian Chronicles. Coming soon’. The caption comes from the eleventh episode of the second season, which will find Kara and J’onn teaming up against the White Martian. This White Martian is after M’gann and the two heroes are uniting to help their new friend. The poster also has the tagline, ‘Worlds Clash. Heroes Unite.’ This should be a good episode as it’s always fun seeing both Manhunter and Supergirl teaming up. We should be seeing this episode air a day after the Super Bowl on Monday, February 6. Check out the poster below and let us know what you think.
