Kelly Overton‘s Gluteus Maximus Muscle in Tekken (2010) is always on display. Kelly Overton and her gluteus Maximus Tekken outfits, in some circles, could earn costume designer Shawn Holly Cookson an award of some kind (probably Spike TV’s Guys Choice Awards) for trying to sell the film in such a  salacious and audacious way. Nothing can save Tekken from being the mediocre (a kindness) fight film that it is though but Kelly Overton and her gluteus maximus muscle do try.

Background on Tekken:

Tekken is a 2010 American martial arts film directed by Dwight Little and adapted from the fighting game series of the same name. The film follows Jin Kazama (Jon Foo) in his attempts to enter the Iron Fist Tournament in order to avenge the loss of his mother, Jun Kazama (Tamlyn Tomita), by confronting his father, Kazuya Mishima (Ian Anthony Dale) and his grandfather, Heihachi Mishima (Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa), the latter of who he thought was responsible for her death.

Background on Kelly Overton:

Overton grew up in Wilbraham, Massachusetts, and studied at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City, where she graduated with their highest honor, The Charles Jehlinger Award.

She has performed off-Broadway, in regional Shakespeare, and on several TV shows. She began in national television in 2000 in the role of Rainn Wilkins on several seasons of All My Children and then in 2002 returned to theater on Broadway where she debuted in the original stage cast of The Graduate as an understudy for several roles, eventually replacing Alicia Silverstone in the role of Elaine Robinson, opposite Kathleen Turner and Jason Biggs. After five years in New York she moved to Los Angeles, where she has worked in film and TV. In 2008, with husband Judson Pearce Morgan, she wrote, directed, produced and starred in the The Collective. She plays Christie Monteiro in the 2010 film adaptation of the fighting game series Tekken.
