The 2017 Disney D23 Expo began this week. Already at the expo Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures and Marvel Studios fans are being shown and are hearing things that are pretty exciting. For the uninitiated, “D23 (full name D23: The Official Disney Fan Club) is the official fan club for The Walt Disney Company. Founded in 2009, the organization is known mainly for its biennial exposition event, D23 Expo. The name D23 refers to D for Disney and 23 for 1923—the year Walt Disney founded the company.”

News from the floor today (July 14, 2017) at the Disney D23 Expo 2017:

  • The Incredibles 2 will start right where the first left off. It will be released on  June 15, 2018.
  • Wreck It Ralph 2 footage was shown. The people that saw it say it was hilarious.
  • New footage of Star Wars: Episode VIII – The Last Jedi will be released tomorrow at the Disney exposition.
