THE AVENGERS (2012) Movie Trailer: Joss Whedon, Robert Downey Jr

The Avengers Trailer. Josh Whedon‘s The Avengers (2012) movie trailer stars Chris Hemsworth, Jeremy Renner, Scarlett Johansson, Robert Downey Jr, and Chris Evans. The Avengers‘ plot synopsis: “When an unexpected enemy emerges that threatens global safety and security, Nick Fury, Director of the international peacekeeping agency known as S.H.I.E.L.D., finds himself in need of a team to pull the world back from the brink of disaster. Spanning the globe, a daring recruitment effort begins…superheroes Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk, Thor, Captain America, Hawkeye and Black Widow team up to pull the world back from the brink of disaster when an unexpected enemy threatens global security.”

I am really starting to get excited by the prospect of an The Avengers movie. The tone at the beginning of The Avengers movie trailer was excellent with the narration by Loki (Tom Hiddleston). I also like that there is animosity Tony Stark and Steve Rogers. Them throwing in Bruce Banner at the end of the movie trailer was garbage but hay, its only the first movie trailer. The song playing during the movie trailer is “We’re in This Together” by Nine Inch Nails.
