The Conjuring 2 The Enfield Poltergeist Trailers. James Wan‘s The Conjuring 2: The Enfield Poltergeist (2016) teaser trailers stars Patrick Wilson, Vera Farmiga, Frances O’Connor, Simon McBurney, and Maria Doyle Kennedy. The Conjuring 2: The Enfield Poltergeist‘s plot synopsis: “Paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren (Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga) travel to 1977 England to help single mom Peggy Hodgson and her four children, particularly daughter Janet (played by Madison Wolfe).”

I have not seen the first The Conjuring but I think that will change in the next week or so. This teaser trailer is highly effective. If this trailer is this good, I am guessing the first film is very good. From what I hear, it is.

I find this funny and curious: one character speaking to another can more interesting and chilling than the biggest 2-hour Hollywood gore extravaganza.

The Conjuring 2: The Enfield Poltergeist also stars Sterling Jerins, Javier Botet, Robin Atkin Downes, Madison Wolfe, Shannon Kook, Steve Coulter, Simon Delaney, Abhi Sinha, Nancy DeMars, and Jennifer Collins.
