The CW Renewals, New Series, & Cancellations: THE 100, FLASH, IZOMBIE

The CW Renews Shows, orders New Series, Cancels others. The CW has announced new series and series that the viewer will not see again and there are no big surprises. The 100, Hart Of Dixie, and Beauty And The Beast have all been renewed while The Tomorrow People, Star-Crossed, and The Carrie Diaries were canceled. The Flash, iZombie, Jane The Virgin and The Messengers have all been picked to be new series.

Politics likely played a role in picking the third.The CW logo Beauty And The Beast, from the other CW sister studio, is a solid international seller for CBS Studios with 44 episodes already in the bank, which no doubt helped its cause for renewal.

THE FLASH
Barry Allen is a Central City assistant police forensics investigator who arrives in Starling to look into a series of unexplained robberies that may have a connection to a tragedy in his past. A comic book fanboy, Barry is obsessed with the Arrow unaware that working with Oliver and Felicity to solve the crime has brought him right into the dangerous world of the vigilante.

With the help of her medical examiner boss and a police detective, she solves homicide cases in order to quiet the disturbing voices in her head.
