The Dark Knight Breaks the Half Billion Dollar Mark

The Bat!! The Dark Knight keeps making history and now it has made over half a billion dollars in its theatrical run alone. $502,421,000 so far to be exact. This is an extremely great haul, even with the film costing $185 Million to produce. Remember though, the production cost does not include how much it cost to produce the film and studios rarely publicize marketing budgets (which sucks). Think back to how much Hollywood juice Zack Snyder got from his success with 300. Now imagine the power Christopher Nolan will have at his fingertips. He will be able to get practically ANY movie he wants made put into production.
