Pied Piper

DC Comics Villain Pied Piper to Appear in The Flash. It looks like another member of the Rogues will be after The Flash this season. According to a report on TVLine, supervillain Pied Piper will be appearing on The CW series.

There hasn’t been any word on who will be playing one of the first openly gay characters in DC Comics history, but it seems to be that an entire episode will be dedicated to introducing the character. TVLine wrote that during midseason, the Arrow spin-off would introduce Hartley, a former mentree to Dr. Wells who loses his hearing from an accident and returns to cause chaos with his invented weapon.
