Candice Patton, Danielle Panabaker, Rick Cosnett, and Carlos Valdes. Next week’s episode will be protégé against protégé as Harrison Well’s former student Hartley Rathaway begins to wreak havoc In Central City.

In the episode “The Sound and The Fury”, the episode will be the debut of supervillain Pied Piper, who is played by Andy Mientus. Hartley was a former employee and mentee of Dr. Harrison Wells (Tom Cavanagh). Ever since the particle accelerator exploded, Hartley loses his hearing. Hartley returns to exact revenge on Wells by developing a sonicwave weapon to use against The Flash.
