The Last Witch Hunter Movie Posters. Breck Eisner‘s The Last Witch Hunter (2015) movie posters have been released, in the form of character one-sheets featuring Vin Diesel, Elijah Wood, Michael Caine, and Rose Leslie. 

I’m still a bit indifferent toward this fantasy film featuring Vin Diesel hunting witches. It may be the it just might not be my cup of tea, or it may be that this looks like a film I’d have enjoyed much greater at the age of 14. Maybe I’m in a more cynical mood than usual, today. According to DreadCentral and their detailed synopsis, “The modern world holds many secrets, but the most astounding secret of all is that witches still live amongst us… vicious supernatural creatures intent on unleashing the Black Death upon the world. Armies of witch hunters battled the unnatural enemy across the globe for centuries, including KAULDER, a valiant warrior who managed to slay the all-powerful QUEEN WITCH, decimating her followers in the process. In the moments right before her death, the QUEEN curses KAULDER with her own immortality, forever separating him from his beloved wife and daughter in the afterlife. Today KAULDER is the only one of his kind remaining, and he has spent centuries hunting down rogue witches, all the while yearning for his long-lost loved ones. The Last Witch Hunter also stars Rena Owen, and Ólafur Darri Ólafsson.
