THE LONE RANGER (2013) Japanese Movie Trailer: New Scenes, More Action

Johnny Depp The Lone Ranger

The Lone Ranger Trailer. Gore Verbinski‘s The Lone Ranger (2013) Japanese movie trailer stars Tom Wilkinson, William Fichtner, Barry Pepper, Armie Hammer, and Johnny Depp. The Lone Ranger‘s plot synopsis: “Native American spirit warrior Tonto recounts the untold tales that transformed John Reid, a man of the law, into a legend of justice…Tonto (Johnny Depp) and man of the law John Reid (Armie Hammer) are opposites brought together by fate and must join forces to battle greed and corruption.”

We previously published:

There are new scenes and this trailer is more action-orientated than previous The Lone Ranger trailers.

On the trailer:

The text and narration are in Japanese, but the dialogue remains in English. And the exciting action set pieces can be understood universally…There’s not much in the way of plot, but there’s plenty of shiny explosions and fancy stuntwork. It’s especially nice to see Helena Bonham Carter getting in on the action, since I don’t think we’ve seen too much from her so far.

The Lone Ranger also stars James Badge Dale, Ruth Wilson, Helena Bonham Carter, James Frain, Landall Goolsby, Matt O’Leary, Tait Fletcher, W. Earl Brown, Leon Rippy, and Harry Treadaway.
