THE NEON DEMON (2016) U.K. Teaser Trailer: A NSFW Look at the L.A. Modeling World

The Neon Demon U.K. trailer. Nicolas Winding Refn‘s The Neon Demon (2016) international teaser trailer stars Bella Heathcote, Jamie Clayton, Desmond Harrington, Alessandro Nivola, and Charles Baker. The Neon Demon‘s plot synopsis: “When aspiring model Jesse moves to Los Angeles, her youth and vitality are devoured by a group of beauty-obsessed women who will take any means necessary to get what she has.”

I actually like this briefer trailer far more than the longer US trailer that was released before it. This trailer is far more intense and the music during it is far better. Like before the viewer is given a series of disjointed but visually compelling scenes. Unlike the previous trailer, this trailer contain a bit of nudity, not enough to consider it a red band trailer but enough for the NSFW tag.

With most films, I wouldn’t believe that the film could live up to the hype but after Drive, I have high hopes and expectations (fair or not) for this film.

This drama film also stars Jena Malone, Keanu Reeves, Christina Hendricks, Elle Fanning, Abbey Lee, Karl Glusman, Taylor Marie Hill, Cameron Brinkman, Cody Renee Cameron, and Lucas Di Medio.
