THE WALKING DEAD: Jon Hamm on possibly playing Negan [AMC]

Jon Hamm Negan

Jon Hamm Video Interview on Possibly Playing Negan. AMC‘s The Walking Dead has a big bad in its future by the name of Negan. One name that has come up to portray him is Jon Hamm, the male lead of Mad Men. Robert Kirkman, author of The Walking Dead comic book series, spoke to MTV about the possibility of Jon Hamm bringing Negan to life:

“He’s not tall enough! That’s a joke. I think Jon Hamm would be perfect. I think after “Mad Men” has run, Jon Hamm is going to have a Tom Hanks level film career, so I don’t think he’ll be coming back to television anytime soon. Although that would be cool!

Don’t expect to Negan on-screen anytime soon though (the group will most-likely have a Wolves problem to contend with next season):

But I wouldn’t expect Negan too terribly soon, although he is definitely in the plan. It’s a 99% lock that he’s going to be in the show eventually, so be on the lookout for that.”
