Nicola Peltz, Brenton Thwaites cast in Transformers 4. The casting of Nicola Peltz and Brenton Thwaites  in Transformers 4 (2014) answers the question of who will be Mark Wahlberg (we mentioned his casting here: Mark Wahlberg cast in Transformers 4)’s co-stars in the Michael Bay directed film. Transformers 4 ”shoots in the spring from a script by Ehren Kruger. It will be produced by Don Murphy & Tom DeSanto, Lorenzo di Bonaventura and Ian Bryce, and executive produced by Steven Spielberg, Bay, Brian Goldner and Mark Vahradian.”

Peltz has won the part of Wahlberg’s daughter, a high school senior. Thwaites will play her boyfriend, who was described in the casting call as a race car driver but is now being identified by Twitch as a biker. While earlier reports indicated that young woman would be the protagonist, more recent updates suggest that her father may be the central character. In addition to its all-new human cast, the film will feature a fresh group of robot characters.
