How To Get Away With Murder (ABC)

Viola Davis…is set as the lead of ABC‘s drama pilot How To Get Away With Murder…a sexy, suspense-driven legal thriller that centers on ambitious law students and their brilliant and mysterious criminal defense professor (Davis) who become entangled in a murder plot that could rock their entire university and change the course of their lives.

Charlie Weber…has been cast in ABC/ABC Studios’ drama pilot How To Get Away With Murder...Weber…plays an associate of the professor.

Flash (The CW)

Michelle Harrison…has been added to the cast the CW/WBTV/DC pilot Flash…She will play the guest starring/recurring role of Barry’s mother, Nora Allen.

The Pro (NBC)

Andrea Savage (Dinner for Schmucks) is set to co-star opposite Rob Lowe and Rob Riggle in NBC’s single-camera comedy pilot The Pro…The Pro centers on former tennis doubles champion “Big Ben” Bertrahm (Lowe), whose career flame-out and misguided investments have left him working as the pro at a tennis and golf club. Savage…will play Paula, the Club manager, who is in way over her head and has a wee little crush on Big Ben.

Lifesaver (NBC)

Lindsay Price is set to co-star opposite Christian Borle and Jonathan Ryland in NBC’s multi-camera comedy pilot Lifesaver…The odd couple comedy centers on the uptight, controlling and a bit neurotic Dr. Graham Permenter (Borle) and loose cannon Leon (Ryland), who become inextricably linked after Leon saves Graham’s life by giving him a kidney. Price plays Jennifer, Graham’s girlfriend and a doctor at the hospital with him and doesn’t mind Leon in the way that Graham does.

Warriors (ABC)

Greg Grunberg [has] a co-starring role in ABC’s medical drama pilot Warriors…Grunberg…will play wheelchair-bound OBGYN and obstetrical surgeon Leonard Mooney, a decommissioned officer with a gambling problem.

Agatha (ABC)

Erik Palladino…has landed a regular role in ABC drama pilot Agatha…Palladino…will play Captain Benjamin Cooper, the admired and well-respected head of Philadelphia’s Major Crimes division.

Sea of Fire (ABC)

Michael Trucco…has been cast as a regular in another ABC drama pilot, Sea Of Fire…Trucco…will play Pete, Xander’s dad, who is shocked but also fiercely protective when his son becomes a suspect in his girlfriend Jane’s disappearance.

Sober Companion (Fox)

Justin Long has signed on as one of the two leads in Fox’s comedy pilot Sober Companion…Sober Companion centers on a charming, but self-destructive attorney who finds his world turned upside down when a court-appointed sober companion (Long) takes control of his life. Long’s Jeremy is a perennially upbeat, maddeningly eccentric sober companion who uses unconventional methods to keep clients clean.

Salvation (NBC)

Ashley Judd…has closed a deal to topline NBC’s drama pilot Salvation…Stark Sands is set to co-star in the family drama, which also has cast Meg Steedle, Emma Dumont and Jake Picking…Sands will play Paul Strickland, the eldest child and the heir apparent to Daniel’s evangelical empire who suffers from a chronic stutter and might have played a role in his dad’s death. Steedle plays Lilly, the Stricklands’ eldest daughter who is married to a Congressman and pregnant with her third child. Dumont and Picking play the Stricklands’ two other biological children, both teenagers.

Supernatural: Tribes (The CW)

Sean Faris…is set to co-star opposite fellow TVD alum Nathaniel Buzolic and Lucien Laviscount in Supernatural: Tribes…Faris…will play Julian Durant, the savagely handsome werewolf son of a wealthy family of lycanthropes who has no love for the shapeshifting Hayden family.

Selfie (ABC)

Tim Peper and Da’Vine Joy Randolph have been cast in ABC/Warner Bros. TV single-camera comedy pilot Selfie…It centers on Eliza Dooley (Karen Gillan), a self-obsessed, twentysomething who is more concerned with “likes” than being liked. After suffering a very public and humiliating breakup, she becomes the subject of a viral video and suddenly has more social media “followers” than she ever imagined — but for all the wrong reasons. Peper will play Ethan, Eliza’s jealous, competitive and ambitious co-worker. Randolph plays Charmonique, the company’s cheerful receptionist.

Tribeca (TBS)

Quincy Jones and Peggy Lipton set to portray the parents of the series’ lead, played by Jones and Lipton’s’ real-life daughter, Rashida Jones. Also set for a guest starring/potential recurring role in the pilot is Alfred Molina, with Lisa Kudrow in talks for a cameo…Tribeca is a satirical look at a police procedural anchored by Angie Tribeca (Rashida Jones), a 10-year veteran of the LAPD… Molina will play Dr. Edelweiss, a solemn and serious handwriting expert who also has a penchant for toys.

Madam Secretary (CBS)

Geoffrey Arend has signed on as a series regular opposite Tea Leoni and Tim Daly in CBS’ drama pilot Madam Secretary…Arend…will play Matt, a speechwriter for Secretary of State McGill (Leoni).

Navy St. (CBS)

Matt Lauria has been tapped for a starring role opposite Frank Grillo in DirecTV’s gritty drama series Navy St…Lauria will play Ryan Revis, a world class athlete and UFC light heavyweight champion who is returning to the gym that made him a star from time in prison.

How I Met Your Mother (CBS)

Drew Tarver…has now been cast as one of the leads of How I Met Your Mother spinoff How I Met Your Dad. In the vein of the original series, HIMYD tells the story from a female point of view, that of Sally (Greta Gerwig), and revolves around a new group of friends in New York. Tarver will play Todd, Sally’s best friend and roommate from college who is now married to her brother.
