The Flash (The CW)

The CW’s “The Flash” has added a new villain to kick off its second season. Former WWE wrestler and “Haven” star Adam “The Edge” Copeland has been cast to play DC comic book character Atom-Smasher.

Copeland will appear in the Season 2 premiere episode and is described as one of the season’s most powerful villains. Atom-Smasher comes to Central City with the sole purpose of killing The Flash, and his incredible strength and ability to grow to large sizes makes him nearly unbeatable.

The Vampire Diaries (The CW)

Elizabeth Blackmore, Scarlett Byrne and Teressa Liane have been cast as a recurring trio of villains for the seventh season of “The Vampire Diaries.”

They will all appear in the season premiere.

Blackmore will play Valerie, one of Lily’s (Annie Wersching) powerful heretics who struggles to adjust to life in Mystic Falls. Opposing Lily’s pacifist rules, Valerie teams up with two other heretics, Nora and Mary Louise, to wreak havoc and seek revenge.

Byrne plays Nora, another one of the heretics with a sly sense of humor and potent magic. Liane plays Mary Louise, Nora’s girlfriend with a strong point of view and equally strong magic.

Hap and Leonard (SundanceTV)

Christina Hendricks has joined the cast of SundanceTV’s “Hap and Leonard”

James Purefoy, Michael K. Williams, Bill Sage and Jimmi Simpson were previously cast on the drama set in East Texas in the 1980s. Purefoy plays Hap Collins, a white working-class laborer who spent time in federal prison for refusing to be drafted into the military and serve in the Vietnam War, while Williams is Leonard, an openly gay, black Vietnam vet with anger issues.

The show chronicles the two friends as they struggle through misadventure in a bid to stay on the right side of the law. Hendricks will play Hap’s ex-wife, who shows up again after a two year absence.

Sleepy Hollow (Fox)

Nikki Reed…has been cast as Betsy Ross in the upcoming season of Fox’s “Sleepy Hollow”…Reed will be a series regular.

The supernatural drama has made repeated reference to the fact that Ross, who legend has it stitched the first American flag, was once the flame of main character Ichabod Crane (Tom Mison). “Think more Angelina Jolie than frumpy Martha Stewart — a kickass Mrs. Smith to Ichabod Crane’s Mr. Smith,” her character description reads.

Madam Secretary (CBS)

Former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright will guest star as herself on an episode of the CBS drama “Madam Secretary”

In the episode…Albright advises Secretary of State Elizabeth McCord (Téa Leoni) on how to navigate a sticky situation with National Security Advisor Craig Sterling (guest star Julian Acosta) that is threatening to fracture her relationship with President Dalton (Keith Carradine).

Game of Thrones (HBO)

Isaac Hempstead Wright, who plays the young paraplegic Bran Stark, has confirmed his return to the show after sitting out Season 5, revealing that his character will be up to exactly what he was up to when we last saw him.

showrunners reassur[ed] fans that when things picked back up with Bran’s story in Season 6, he’d be far into his training as a Warg.

Berlin Station (Epix)

Richard Jenkins is joining the cast of Epix’s upcoming spy drama “Berlin Station.”…[as] Steven Frost, a Cold War veteran who serves as the CIA’s Chief of the Berlin Station in the 10-episode series

The Good Girls Revolt (Amazon)

Amazon’s “The Good Girls Revolt” has added “True Blood” actress Anna Camp

Camp will play Jane, a highly skilled, couture-wearing, straight-arrow star researcher at the magazine.

Gorgeous Morons (ABC Family)

Joy Osmanski been cast as a series regular in ABC Family’s multi-camera comedy pilot Gorgeous Morons…Osmanski…will play Mary, a co-worker of American literature Ph.D. student Jane (Lilah Richcreek)’s in Columbia’s literature department.

Graceland (USA)

Val Lauren (Sal) is set for an arc on USA Network’s police drama Graceland. Lauren will play Toros Berbarian, a sharp and volatile lieutenant of the Sarkissian crime family jockeying for rank with fellow family member, Ari Adamian” (Rhys Coiro). He develops a dangerous relationship with Paul Briggs (Daniel Sunjata) and the undercover agents of Graceland.

American Horror Story: Hotel (FX)

Richard T. Jones is the latest to check into American Horror Story: Hotel, booking an 8-episode arc on the FX anthology series. He will play Detective Hahn, a Los Angeles police Homicide Detective.

Castle (ABC)

Sunkrish Bala (The Walking Dead) has booked a season-long arc on ABC drama series Castle. Bala will play Vikram Singh, a high-strung, tech analyst with a complicated past.

Quantico (ABC)

Anabelle Acosta (Ballers) is set for a multi-episode arc on ABC’s Quantico…Acosta will play recruit Nathalie Vazquez, a former cop from Laredo, Texas. Driven, kick-ass, and fiercely competitive, she’s almost mercenary in her focus, more interested in always coming out on top than being a team player.

Highston (Amazon)

Mary Lynn Rajskub has booked a series regular role on the Amazon pilot Highston, the half-hour coming-of-age comedy written by Nebraska scribe Bob Nelson,…directed by…Jonathan Dayton and Valerie Faris. The single-camera project centers on Highston Liggets, a kind 19-year-old and perched on the edge of adulthood. When he encounters a world he doesn’t understand, like Elwood P. Dowd, he retreats into his vast imagination, where famous “friends” are his companions and mentors. Rajskub is set to play Jean, Highston’s mother.

The Man In The High Castle (Amazon)

Tao Okamoto has been cast in a recurring role on Amazon’s upcoming drama series The Man In The High Castle, written and executive produced by Frank Spotnitz…Okamoto…plays Betty in High Castle.

Emerald City (NBC)

Tarsem Singh has been tapped to direct all 10 episodes of Emerald City…Oliver Jackson Cohen, Ana Ularu and Gerran Howell have joined the cast of the series, described as a modern and dark reimagining of the classic tale of Oz in the vein of Game Of Thrones.

Jackson Cohen (Dracula, The Raven) will play Lucas, described as handsome, mysterious and quick-witted. Dorothy finds him, beaten, bloodied, and moaning on a post outside the ruins of his village. The sole survivor of what appears to gave been a mass crucifixion, he remembers nothing of his past, not even his name. He joins Dorothy on her journey to the Emerald City, and as they survive challenge after challenge, he proves his loyalty to the brave but bewildered newcomer.

Gerran Howell (Inferno) will play West, a force of nature who has entered an unholy alliance with the Wizard. Corrupt and languorously seductive, she is a creature of perverse humor and unsavory appetites. She lives in a lavishly appointed brothel where she is the madam of sorts. When confronted with the news of the First Sign that foretells the coming of the Beast, she’s clearly deeply affected by the portent’s significance…and what it means for her.

Howell is set as brave, adventurous and perpetually positive Jack.

The Catch (ABC)

Peter Krause is set to play the male lead in Shonda Rhimes‘ upcoming drama-thriller, “The Catch.”

Booth is a successful con man who lives the good life with other people’s money, but when he meets fraud investigator Alice Vaughan (played by Mireille Enos), he might have met his match.

Good Behavior (TNT)

Michelle Dockery has been cast in “Good Behavior”

Dockery is set to play Letty Dobesh, a thief and con artist fresh out of prison.

Arrow (The CW)

Echo Kellum has joined Season 4 of The CW’s DC superhero drama in a recurring role as the DC comic book character Curtis Holt [aka Mr. Terrific].

In this incarnation of the character, Holt will play an inventor who works at Palmer Technologies under Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards).

this version of Mr. Teriffic will be gay.

Arrow casts Alexander Calvert as Anarky…Anarky is set to join the next season of Arrow as a criminal-for-hire…During the Arrow panel at Comic-Con, it was revealed that Anarky would be working with Damien Darhk…Anarky works with tech and fights for what he thinks is right.

Gotham (Fox)

Natalie Alyn Lynd has been cast in the role [of Silver St. Cloud], with EW describing her as a fellow orphan like Bruce (played by David Mazouz) who is “an ethereal beauty with the pristine manners of a gotham debutante” but possesses a “heart beating with dark intent.”

St. Cloud is the niece of the recently cast big bad of Gotham season two, Theo Galavan (played by James Frain). The trade says St. Cloud brings Bruce and Theo together, with Galavan becoming a “father figure” to the future Batman.
