Twin Peaks: Season 3 Teaser Trailer

Showtime‘s Twin Peaks: Season 3 or Twin Peaks (2017) teaser trailer stars Kyle MacLachlan. Twin Peaks: Season 3’s plot synopsis: “Directed entirely by David Lynch, the new SHOWTIME limited event series picks up twenty-five years after the inhabitants of a quaint northwestern town were stunned when their homecoming queen Laura Palmer was shockingly murdered.

Widely considered one of the most groundbreaking and influential broadcast series of all time, TWIN PEAKS followed the inhabitants of a quaint northwestern town who were stunned after their homecoming queen Laura Palmer was shockingly murdered. The town’s sheriff welcomed the help of FBI agent Dale Cooper, who came to town to investigate the case. As Cooper conducted his search for Laura’s killer, the town’s secrets were gradually exposed. I was actually alive when the first season of Twin Peaks aired. I remember seeing parts of the episodes. I remember how engrossing people found it. I remember the big brouhaha when Laura Palmer’s killer was finally revealed. They even had a segment about the reveal the next morning on Good Morning America if memory serves.

I could never get into it. Perhaps that was because I was a kid and didn’t know what good television was at that point. Perhaps Twin Peaks just wasn’t my thing at the time. Now it might. I have seen every episode of Downton Abbey. If I like that show, I should at least give Twin Peaks a chance. I plan on doing so when the first episode of Twin Peaks: Season 3 (or Twin Peaks: The 18-part Limited Event Series) becomes available for review.

Twin Peaks: Season 3 also stars Mädchen Amick, Dana Ashbrook, Sheryl Lee, Everett McGill, Kimmy Robertson, Russ Tamblyn, Ray Wise, and Grace Zabriskie.
