Vixen

Arrow Animated Spinoff Vixen Launching in CW Seed. It looks like Arrow executive producer Marc Guggenheim is continuing to expand the Arrowverse with an animated series starring Vixen. The show will be launched in The CW’s digital network CW Seed this fall.

During the Television Critics Association, The CW announced some news coming off of Arrow that showrunner Marc Guggenheim is developing a new animated series based on Vixen and will be set in the same world as Arrow and The Flash. According to the comics, Vixen is a superhero who can mimic the abilities of any animal. Vixen’s actual name is Mari Jiwe McCabe, a black woman who hails from a small African village in the fictional nation of Zambesi.
