First Photo and Teaser of Netflix’s Voltron: Legendary Defender Gets Released. We had a glimpse of Voltron in the poster for the upcoming Netflix series Voltron: Legendary Defenders. Now we have a better look at the giant robot in action with a new image and promo.

Fans of Voltron may remember growing up watching the series, which follows a group of astronauts that form a team flying around with robotic space-lions that combine into a big fighting robot. They defend Arus and other planets from an evil alien force led by King Zarkon The series will follow the same plot, but with teenagers this time from Earth in the middle of this intergalactic battle. The new series hopes bring in a new generation of fans thanks to DreamWorks Animation. The animation looks a bit like 3D but still retains the animated element that made the series popular while keeping it modern. First unveiled at USA Today, we have our first look at Voltron with this new photo and teaser from the upcoming series. What do you guys think of the new image and teaser?

The first season of 13 episodes will drop on Netflix on June 10.
