Comic-Con The Walking Dead: Season 8 Trailer

AMC‘s The Walking Dead: Season 8 TV show trailer from the 2017 San Diego Comic-Con International stars Andrew Lincoln, Norman Reedus, Chandler Riggs,  Lauren Cohan, and Danai Gurira. The Walking Dead: Season 8’s plot synopsis: “It’s all-out war.”

The Season 8 trailer The Walking Dead begins in excellent fashion with Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan). Negan is a funny, self-assured individual. What follows his scene in this trailer is a meandering mess. I have never seen a The Walking Dead trailer this disjointed and unsatisfying. It’s an “okay” trailer for one of the best dramas on television. Season 8 of The Walking Dead deserved better. It deserved the Comic-Con trailers from years back. Not this. In some moments of this trailer, the viewer finds him or herself actually bored. There is a real lack of excitement, dread, and terror in this trailer.
