Wish You Were Here Trailer. Kieran Darcy-Smith‘s Wish You Were Here (2011) movie trailer stars Joel Edgerton, Teresa Palmer, Felicity Price, Antony Starr, and Isabelle Austin-Boyd. Wish You Were Here‘s plot synopsis: “Four friends lose themselves in a carefree South-East Asian holiday. Only three come back. Who amongst them knows what happened on that fateful night when they were dancing under a full moon in Cambodia?”

Wish You Were Here…was recently confirmed as an opening film of the 2012 Sundance Film Festival (in the World Cinema Dramatic Competition).

The screenplay was co-written by Darcy-Smith and actress Felicity Price, who also stars in this as Alice.

For some reason, this film reminds me of The Perfect Getaway.
