Speaking about the film, Nelson said, “It will have its own tone and look – it’s beautiful. There is humor in it, there is real emotion in Diana’s journey in discovering the complexity of man. There is no invisible jet, not in this iteration.”

Directed by Patty Jenkins, the film stars Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, Lucy Davis, Danny Huston, David Thewlis, Connie Nielsen, and Robin Wright. Wonder Woman is set to release on June 23, 2017.
