Fans of Wonder Woman are about to be treated by DC. With the iconic superheroine’s 75th anniversary approaching, DC has some big plans for the celebration. That includes the first look at Diana’s DC Rebirth incarnation, a toy and clothing line, and it also includes our first look at the upcoming film in 2017. People has exclusively revealed the anniversary logo for the Amazonian warrior, and they also have some info on what fans will see from the Wonder Woman film at this year’s San Diego Comic Con. DC Entertainment President Diane Nelson promises some big surprises are in store for the event and fans won’t be disappointed.

Speaking about the film, Nelson said, “It will have its own tone and look – it’s beautiful. There is humor in it, there is real emotion in Diana’s journey in discovering the complexity of man. There is no invisible jet, not in this iteration.”

Directed by Patty Jenkins, the film stars Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, Lucy Davis, Danny Huston, David Thewlis, Connie Nielsen, and Robin Wright. Wonder Woman is set to release on June 23, 2017.
