A Wrinkle in Time Trailer 2

Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures has released the second movie trailer for A Wrinkle in Time (2018). This trailer is much better than the previously released teaser trailer. I can not stress that enough.

The first trailer for this film was uninspiring. This trailer gives off the vibe of a Narnia film…that is a good thing BTW. This trailer introduces the science of what going on in the film. I wish there was a little more of it. What there is in the trailer is a large dose of humor and family drama  in this trailer is humor, two positive, mass market audience elements.

Hopefully A Wrinkle in Time is more substance than CGI.

A Wrinkle in Time‘s plot synopsis: based on the book by Madeleine L’Engle, “Three peculiar beings send Meg Murry, her brilliant brother Charles Wallace, and their friend Calvin on an unexpected journey into alternate dimensions on a mission to bring home their scientist father.”

Ava DuVernay‘s A Wrinkle in Time stars Chris Pine, Reese Witherspoon, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Michael Peña, Zach Galifianakis, Bellamy Young, Mindy Kaling, Rowan Blanchard, Oprah Winfrey, Levi Miller, André Holland, Daniel MacPherson, Storm Reid, Will McCormack, and Alexia Rae Castillo.

A Wrinkle in Time was produced by Jim Whitaker and Catherine Hand. A Wrinkle in Time was written by Jennifer Lee.
