X-Men: Dark Phoenix and The New Mutants’ Release Dates Pushed Back

The theatrical release dates of X-Men: Dark Phoenix, The New Mutants, and other films have been pushed back by 20th Century Fox. This will be the second time that The New Mutants gets pushed back. The film was originally supposed to be released on April 13, 2018. That release date was moved to February 22, 2019. Now the film will be released on August 2, 2019. This additional delay was most-likely due to the addition of a new cast member, the script’s modification, reshoots, and the re-editing that this entails.
