Daniel Cudmore, Fan Bingbing, Booboo Stewart cast in X-Men Days of Future Past. The casting of Daniel Cudmore in X-Men: Days Of Future Past (2014) answers the question of whether or not Colossus / Peter Rasputin would appear in the Bryan Singer directed film. Daniel Cudmore previously starred in X-Men 2 and X-Men: The Last Stand. What makes this reveal a little bit trickier than his others is that he doesn’t actually name any of the actors boarding the cast. Instead, he offers a photo of a wall showing all of the stars named so far — plus three new faces, which you can see in the right half of the bottom row.

X-Men: Days Of Future Past‘s plot synopsis: based on Days of Future Past storyline from 1981?s Uncanny X-Men, “The storyline alternates between present day, in which the X-Men fight Mystique’s Brotherhood of Evil Mutants, and a future timeline caused by the X-Men’s failure to prevent the Brotherhood from assassinating Senator Robert Kelly. In this future universe, Sentinels rule the United States, and mutants live in internment camps. The present-day X-Men are forewarned of the possible future by a future version of their teammate Kitty Pryde, whose mind traveled back in time and possessed her younger self to warn the X-Men.”
