TV show trailer & clip for ABC’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Emancipation. Still teasing the question of “who will die,”one episode out from the two-hour finale, Agents pulls the sentimental card. Whoever said that a little communication does the heartsick good, never had a patient like Lincoln (Luke Mitchell) out to heal himself.
However it was facilitated, a heartfelt video-link chat with Daisy (Chloe Bennet), and Lincoln goes rogue, and live-wire loose cannon. Meanwhile, Director Coulson (Clark Gregg) is forced to take another hard look at what his agency is up against – from various sides.
The Watchdogs return, but not to play the spoiler role they may have fancied themselves as having, on the grand stage. If anything, they seem set to merely provide James (Axle Whitehead) with an overdue merit badge (and proof that his Hellfire character isn’t just a Gambit rip-off). Worse than that, what comes next is their serving as ‘volunteers’ for Dr. Radcliffe (John Hannah), in his ongoing effort to not get killer looks from Hive (Clark Gregg). For his sake, the look he gets, anyway, had better be premature.
‘Emancipation’ features Ming-Na Wen, Iain De Caestecker, Elizabeth Henstridge, Henry Simmons, Natalia Cordova-Buckley, Courtney Friel, Jean Paul San Pedro, Trevor Torseth, and Adrian Pasdar. It airs Tuesday, May 10, at 9:00pm EST, on ABC.
