Mallory Jansen Gets Cast as AIDA on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. The season finale of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. teased the appearance of an AI called Aida, and now we have the actress who will be playing the attractive robot as Aussie actress Mallory Jansen has been cast to play the role.
TVLine recently revealed that Galavant cast member Mallory Jansen will be bringing Aida to life during the show’s fourth season. The character was teased in the season three finale when Doctor Radcliffe’s experiments with LMD technology seemed to be leading into the formation of a new AI. AIDA (Artificial Intelligence Data Analyser) made it’s introduction in the comic book world in the issues of Squadron Supreme. The character on the show will be loosely based on the comics character.
It will be interesting to see if Aida will turn out to be an ally or an enemy to the team, similar to Ultron. What do you guys think?
