ALL THE WAY (2016) TV Movie Trailer 2: LBJ’s 1st Year Following JFK’s Assassination [HBO]

Bryan Cranston All The Way

All the Way Promo 2. The second TV movie trailer for Jay Roach‘s All the Way (2016), entitled ‘All The Way: Teaser Trailer,’ has been released. This new trailer shows one of the other main characters in the HBO film, Sen. Richard Russell (Frank Langella), going toe-to-toe with President Lyndon B. Johnson (Bryan Cranston). The trailer also features levity featured numerous times on the Howard Stern show: Johnson getting his pants tailored while referring to his anatomy.

Technically the pants tailoring happened over the phone but it plays better if the tailor is in the oval office, which he is in All The Way.

All the Way also stars Bryan Cranston, Anthony MackieMelissa Leo, Joe Morton, Stephen Root, Bradley Whitford, Frank Langella, Ethan Phillips, Toby Huss, Aisha Hinds, Spencer Garrett, Mo McRae, Joe O’Connor, Randy Oglesby, and Dohn Norwood.

All the Way‘s plot synopsis: “Bryan Cranston (Trumbo, “Breaking Bad”) reprises his Tony-winning role in All The Way, a riveting behind-the-scenes look at President Lyndon B. Johnson’s tumultuous first year in office after the assassination of John F. Kennedy. Staking his presidency on what would be an historic, unprecedented Civil Rights Act, Johnson finds himself caught between the moral imperative of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and the expectations of the southern Democratic Party leaders who brought Johnson to power.”
