This looks like a very good drama about finding yourself in America as you travel across America. The potential love triangle in the first movie trailer for American Honey isn’t empathized in the second movie trailer for the film. The second trailer is more centered on the relationship between Star and Jake. Both American Honey trailers have numerous, well-captured vistas by cinematographer Robbie Ryan from the cities and states within the United States.

Andrea Arnold traveled 12,000 miles while making this film. He shot on-site and used non-actors in his film to add to the authenticity of various scenes and interactions.
