Manu Bennett Shares a Pic of His Return on Arrow as Deathstroke. We haven’t seen the last of Deathstroke on The CW’s Arrow after the show revealed that Manu Bennett will reprise his role later this season. The actor went on social media recently to give fans a quick tease of his return.
Man Bennett went on Twitter and released a pic of his return as Deathstroke the Terminator. On the tweet, he captioned this teaser, “Time to make a comeback kids – Slade.” It looks like Oliver’s (Stephen Amell) foe has some unfinished business with him and Team Arrow after the fallout from last season’s finale.
Expect to see Deathstroke during the 14th episode titled “The Return” in the second half of Arrow’s third season. It remains unknown on how the deadly assassin makes his escape from his prison cell in Lain Yu. It should make an interesting conversation between Oliver and Slade when they meet under different circumstances. And what will happen to his cellmate Captain Boomerang (Nick Tarabay)? All of those questions will be answered once Arrow returns in late January.
