Arrow The Candidate Images. The CW has just released some official stills from the second episode of Arrow’s fourth season. These new images show off the Green Arrow and Speedy in action as well as our first look at villain Anarky and Star City’s next possible mayor.
In ‘The Candidate’, Jessica Danforth (Jeri Ryan), an old family friend of the Queens decides to run for major to fix Star City. This causes concern for Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Thea (Willa Holland) knowing that the last three mayors who ran in office were murdered. Refusing to step down, Jessica announces her mayoral run causing Green Arrow and Speedy to protect her at all costs. Jessica will definitely need all the protection that she can get as Anarky (Alexander Calvert) teams up with Damien Darhk (Neal McDonough) to take her down.
