Damien Darhk (Neal McDonough) begins to implement his sinister plans for Star City and threatens to hurt someone close to Oliver (Stephen Amell).
In this intense mid-season finale, Star City and Oliver’s mayoral run come under siege when Darhk and his ghosts attack Oliver’s campaign gatherings. Darhk seeks to destroy Oliver’s resolve to save Star City by hurting someone Oliver loves. In the promo below, Darhk targets everyone including Diggle (David Ramsey), Thea (Willa Holland) and Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards), but he gets a hold of Felicity and the terror is real to her and Oliver. Will we lose a member of Team Arrow?
