ASSASSIN’S CREED: Movie Banner Releases as Viral Campaign Begins

Assassin's Creed Film Banner

Assassin’s Creed Unveils Movie Banner with Viral Marketing to Kick Off. We have our first look at the new banner for the upcoming film adaptation of Assassin’s Creed, which hits theaters exactly one year from now. The film has also launched their viral marketing campaign.

The first banner for Assassin’s Creed uses the familiar logo from the video game; with the release stating it’s coming soon. In addition, the viral marketing for the upcoming movie has already started with the launch of the Abstergo website. Abstergo Industries are the modern day version of the Templar Order, an organization that serves as the main antagonist of the video game series.

In the film’s Twitter page, it revealed a picture of Abstergo CEO Alan Rikkin’s business card with a number, which fans can call and somehow reveals when to expect the release of the film’ first trailer. “Hello, you’ve reached the voicemail of Alan Rikkin,” the message says. “I’ll be out of the office on business until March 25 with limited availability.”

This could probably mean that we should expect the first trailer to be out on March 25, which just so happens to be the same day that Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice comes out. Maybe the trailer will release during Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice? What are your theories on this?
