Batman v Superman Dawn of Justice Synopsis Released. The official plot synopsis for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016), the sequel to Man of Steel, has been released. The teaser trailer for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice alluded many of the aspects in the synopsis, specifically how Superman is perceived by different segments of humanity. If you were wondering why Batman felt the need to confront and fight Superman in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, this plot synopsis tell you why.

Fearing the actions of a god-like super hero left unchecked, Gotham City’s own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis’s most revered, modern-day savior, while the world wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs. And with Batman and Superman at war with one another, a new threat quickly arises, putting mankind in greater danger than it’s ever known before.

The new threat is undisclosed at this point but the first possibility is Lex Luther, seeing Superman and Batman at their weakest because of their fight, striking immediately to kill them both. We will have to wait and see.
