Battlestar Galactica is one of the best written television shows on television. Hands down. Battlestar Galactica Season 4, Ep. 14 – No Exit proves it as have many others before it. Ellen’s back and the Earth’s past is explained. Ellen was not reintegrated into the show in some corny ass way. She was added back in such a smooth transition that there is almost no disturbance to the continuity of the show. I like what they did with Helen and the revelation of eight Cylon models. That was not a typo, 8 models. The Daniels were wiped out.

Some questions could be raised about aging, why weren’t The Final Five downloaded into younger versions of the same bodies, what age body was Colonel Tigh downloaded into when he was placed into the 13 Colonies. Since he was friends with Adama for over thirty years it had to have been a younger body. After a few moments of asking these questions, you put them aside, set back and enjoy. Battlestar Galactica is now right up there with Babylon 5 in my opinion and how good that show got around Season Three. Anders’ head injury turned out to actually be a good thing, as did Cameron’s on Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. It sucked that at the end of No Exit that it seems as though Anders has been lobotomized.

Looks like Boomer is going to be rejoining the fleet. I wonder how Helen and Boomer will find them and what the reaction will be to their arrival. And what happened to all of the other traitors besides, Lt. Felix Gaeta and Tom Zarek, from Battlestar Galactica Season 4, Ep. 13 – Blood on the Scales? Were they executed? Thoughts?
