Blood Father U.S. Trailer

The United States movie trailer for Blood Father (2016) has been released for the Jean-François Richet directed film. This trailer shows possibly the lion’s share of the plot for this film. Erin Moriarty‘s story-line is completely revealed, showing the viewer that she may be hunted but she is no saint. Mel Gibson looks as though he goes on the warpath part-way through the film, working his way through the bad guys that want to harm his daughter. Other aspects of this rampage can be seen in the international trailer for the film. William H. Macy also gets some screen time in this trailer as the friend of Mel Gibson’s character.

Blood Father‘s plot synopsis: “After her drug kingpin boyfriend frames her for stealing a fortune in cartel cash, 18 year old Lydia goes on the run, with only one ally in this whole wide world: her perennial screw-up of a dad, John Link, who’s been a drunk, a drug addict, a motorcycle outlaw, and a convict in his time, and now is determined to keep his little girl from harm and, for once in his life, do the right thing…”

Blood Father also stars Thomas Mann, Elisabeth Röhm, Diego Luna, Dale Dickey, Michael Parks, Ryan Dorsey, Daniel Moncada, Raoul Max Trujillo, Katalina Parrish, Richard Cabral, Tait Fletcher, and Luce Rains.
